Developed in Australia, Excel Ladino Clover with its large, highly nutritious leaves, is excellent for pastures or hay. Excel Ladino Clover is persistent in hot climates and is well adapted to Mediterranean and sub-tropical type environments. Excel Ladino Clover is more winter active than most ladino varieties, providing extended winter grazing in areas receiving moderate frosts. This variety also has excellent seed production allowing it to perform extremely well in grazing systems and wildlife food plots where natural reseeding is practiced.
